Workout Timer supports 6 interval training modes: Tabata, HIIT, EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, and Ladder. Each mode has customizable durations, rounds, and rest periods.
The app plays beep sounds at every phase transition (work to rest, rest to work, etc.). Audio continues even when your phone is locked or you switch to another app, so you never miss a transition.
Yes. The timer uses background audio playback, so it keeps running and beeping even when the app is in the background or your screen is locked. Just make sure your phone isn't on silent mode.
After completing a workout, tap "Save Workout" on the finish screen. Your saved workouts appear in the "My Workouts" section on the home screen. Free users can save up to 3 workouts; premium users get unlimited saves.
Ladder is a premium workout type that lets you build custom multi-phase intervals. Add any combination of work and rest segments with different durations — perfect for complex training protocols.

Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap "Restore Purchases". This will check your Apple ID for any active subscriptions and restore your premium access.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel your subscription.
